We only ship to the address provided on your PayPal or Stripe payment address, we do not never post to gift addresses, this is in order to cover you the customer and us in the event of a parcel being lost in the post.

Simply return your item within the 14 days to the address that is provided on your receipt that comes with your item.

Simply take your item to your post office and send it to us

It must be (1st class recorded delivery) and you will be refunded by us the cost when we receive the item back into your PayPal account along with the cost of the item.
